UPLAND is a property trading game. These properties are based on real-world maps. You can travel around the metaverse and buy and sell them.
Players can play freely in UPLAND. However, it is difficult for beginners to understand what they have to do. So we will explain step by step how to play the game and what you need to know.

First, select the block explorer. You travel through the world of Upland with it.
You can change it at any time and get a new Explorer, so you can choose the one you want at first.
The best way to choose a city
The city you choose will depend on how much you are willing to pay and what your strategy is. If you pay a lot of money and invest a lot, Manhattan may be a good choice because of the rate of increase in land prices.
Many cities are sold out these days, and empty Kansas is not popular.
The better way now is to pay a small fee ($5,000) and buy a cheap property in Los Angeles as a practice and try to resell it for a small profit. Los Angeles is popular but has just opened up, so you can still buy property cheaply!

The site is updated every 30 minutes and properties are put up for sale, so if you check it when you have time, you should be able to find a good property.
If you change the display in the ↑blue line to [TRUE], you will see a list of properties currently available for purchase. If you change the [city] field to any city, the results will be narrowed down to that city.
Please note that the results are not completely real time, there is a small delay before they are reflected.
About the control screen
When the game starts, check the screen display and tap on various things. You won’t be able to remember everything all of a sudden, but you’ll soon get used to it.
How to move . What is SEND and SENDS?
Your Explorer will wander slowly through the city at random.When you want to move it, select the property you want to visit.
Tap [SEND]. The explorer will move soon.
But you can’t move the grey property, because it is sold by the management and not owned by other players.
Also, please note that when you move, you will consume an item called SENDS (confusingly, with an s), and if you run out of these, you will not be able to move.
To find out how many SENDS you have, tap on your Explorer and select the paper plane symbol on the right.
In this case there are ７SENDS.
To refill the SENDS, pick up the paper planes that have fallen on the map.
To pick up paper planes, send to the property with the paper plane icon and tap on it. You can get about 2 to 6 airplanes at a time.
If you pick up the maximum number of airplanes (8 to 11), you will only be able to pick up 1 airplane.
If you run out of paper planes, don’t worry, you’ll get 3 in 24 hours.
You can travel to other cities by plane, train or bus.
Tap the transport icon on the map and select the terminal you want to use. Tap the transport icon again and you will be able to choose your destination. You will have to pay for your transport.
Travelling between cities takes time. （It takes a few minutes.)

Type of property
Property is colour-coded according to type.
Blue
This is your property, you can’t lose your paper plane by sending it.
Green
This is someone else’s property that is for sale. You don’t need to be in the same city or send to buy it.
Light blue
These are other people’s properties that have not been sold. In order to buy it, you have to make an offer and the other person has to accept your price.
Grey
This is a property that has been sold by the management. This is the lowest price for the land as it is not yet owned by anyone. To buy this land, you need to send it to a nearby land and turn the display yellow-green. ↓
FSA
Properties marked with this symbol are for beginners only, and can only be bought by people with assets of less than 100,000UPX.
Once owned by someone else, it can be bought by anyone.
How to buy property
Buying a property is very easy, just tap on the property you want to buy and
and press BUY!
Try buying one or two FSA properties at first as a practice. You can also get a real-world view with Street View. You might even get attached to your first property.
FSA properties tend to be easy to resell.
The best way to sell your property
Selling a property is easy, just tap SELL and put in your price.
Take a look at the market price and use it as a reference for pricing.

The properties in the screen range are listed in order of cheapest to cheapest, so set your price a little higher than the minimum at first, and if it doesn’t sell, lower it a little.
At the rank of VISITOR you can buy property but you cannot sell it, once you have over 10,000 UPX you will be upgraded to UPLANDER and you will be able to sell property.
We recommend that you start out with $50, which is just enough to buy FSA property. You will receive a 50 percent referral bonus on your first deposit, so you can start with $5 when you start the game, $50 for the deposit and $25 for the referral bonus, for a total of $80,000 UPX. You can buy several properties.
